 Our multiple drill press stations allow us the flexibility to take on multiple projects at the same time. This allows us to custom manufacture any needed parts quickly and accurately with little or no lead time. 

 Our Wire EDM Machine (Electrical Discharge Machining) is an electro-thermal production machine in which a single-strand thin metal wire, in conjunction with de-ionized water (used to conduct electricity), allows the wire to cut through metal by the use of heat from electrical sparks. Through this process, our wire EDM can easily machine complex parts and precision components. 

 Our multiple automated milling machine stations are designed to machine metal and other solid materials. The milling machines can be positioned in either vertical or horizontal orientation to carve out materials based on a pre-existing design. 

 Our automatic surface grinder is used to produce a smooth finish on flat surfaces. It provides us a frequently used abrasive machining process in which a spinning wheel covered in rough particles (grinding wheel) cuts chips of metallic or nonmetallic substance from a workpiece, making a face of it flat or smooth. 

Achieving a smooth finish on flat surfaces is easily achieved with our manual surface grinders. 

 Our lathe machine rotates customer work pieces are specialty parts on an axis to perform various operation such as cutting, sanding knurling, drilling or deformation, facing, turning, with tools that are applied to the part to create an object which has symmetry about an axis of rotation The part is held in place by either one or two centers, at least one of which can typically be moved horizontally to accommodate varying piece lengths.
