Director of Purchasing/Logistics/Inventory
Shaylee is a longtime resident of Oswego County, graduating from Central Square Schools in 2002 with a Regents Diploma and as a member of the National Honor Society. Shaylee started with Design Concepts and Enterprises, LLC in 2012 after 8 years working as a Billing and Customer Service Specialist with Child Health Care Associates of East Syracuse.
Shaylee began with DCE as a Die Manufacturer, specializing in the manufacture of small dies from start to finish, using the appropriate work instructions and any necessary tooling and machines required. She also managed and maintained raw material inventory while assisting Customer Service with any incoming orders and providing lead time information based on customer demands, inspecting appropriate tooling conditions and requesting replacement parts as needed. In 2013 Shaylee was promoted to Director of Purchasing, Logistics, and Inventory. In this job function Shaylee is responsible for buying the best quality equipment, tooling, goods, and services for the most competitive prices. Coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods is very critical to the Company's efficiency. Shaylee has proven herself to be a crucial and valuable part of DCE's everyday production efforts.
