VP of Operations
As the first hired employee, Melissa came to us with a wealth of accounting and administration experience attained from positions with both the Marine Corps Community Service Division in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and the Coast Guard Recruiting Office in Syracuse, New York.
Melissa started with DCE as the Office Manager and through the years has come to own multiple roles which include Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Service. Melissa is our liaison for all financial and accounting duties and oversees all purchasing activities. Melissa manages daily human resources operations by enhancing professional development, overseeing compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, training, coaching, counseling, and recruiting new hires. Melissa is also a pivotal part of our Customer Service Department; communicating with customers regarding services and orders while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction levels possible.
